I know I was around his music since I was an infant, my parents are pretty big Tool fans. And according to my cousin, whenever he would watch me he would play his music for me. So technically speaking that’s when I first heard his music. But I started listening to it myself and seeking it out when I was about eight or nine. I fell in love with Maynard’s voice at a very young age.
